How do I start claiming?

Simply enter your email address on the main dashboard. Once connected, you can authorize a claim by solving the security puzzles.

What are the withdrawal limits?

The minimum withdrawal is currently set to 0.00001 TRUMP. There is no maximum limit for verified users.

Why is my claim button disabled?

This is usually due to the cooling timer. You must wait for the protocol to reset between claims. This prevents automated bot activity and keeps the pool healthy.

Can I use a VPN?

No. Using a VPN, Proxy, or any IP-masking software will result in a temporary account lockdown or a permanent ban from the network.
