Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using EarnTrump you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live.

2. Your Account

Your FaucetPay email is your entire account. There is no password and no separate registration. We verify the address against FaucetPay before you can sign in, because it is also where your funds are sent.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts are detected and removed.
• Keep control of your FaucetPay email. Anyone with access to it has access to your balance.
• We never ask for a password, seed phrase or private key. Nobody from EarnTrump ever will.

3. Earning & Claims

You may claim once every 3 seconds, with no limit on how many times a day you claim. Each claim requires passing an anti-bot check.

• Reward amounts and timers can change at any time as the ad revenue that funds them changes.
• Balances are a record of rewards earned on this site. They are not a deposit, an investment, or a debt we owe you.
• Automated claiming — scripts, bots, macros, emulators or click farms — is prohibited.

4. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is 0.00001 TRUMP.
• Payouts go to the FaucetPay account matching your sign-in email. We cover the network fee.
• Withdrawals are normally instant but may be held for manual review.
• Once a payout reaches FaucetPay it is final and cannot be reversed by us.

5. Fair Use

The following will cost you access:

• Running more than one account, including through family members, friends or borrowed devices.
• VPNs, proxies, Tor or any service that hides your real connection.
• Bots, auto-clickers, scripts, or modifying the site to claim faster.
• Abusing bugs instead of reporting them.
• Fake or self-referrals.

6. Referrals

You earn 20% of what people you invite claim, for as long as they keep claiming. This is paid by us and never deducted from your referral's rewards.

• Referring yourself is fraud and voids both accounts.
• Spam, misleading advertising or bought traffic forfeits all referral earnings.
• Commission from accounts found to be duplicates is removed.

7. Enforcement

Depending on what we find, we may hold a withdrawal, remove referral earnings, temporarily lock an account, or suspend it permanently. Failing the security check repeatedly locks the account, and 8 such locks suspend it.

We do not always explain which signal triggered an action, because publishing that only helps the people gaming the system. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact support and we will review it.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, a specific reward rate, or the future value of any token. We are not liable for losses from downtime, third-party outages including FaucetPay, price movements, or account actions taken under these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use EarnTrump after an update means you accept the revised terms.
